NanoVec has introduced CarriVect, a range of
carriers that allow formulators to incorporate functional
ingredients into powder makeup. The carriers can
transport antioxidants, anti-wrinkle actives, nutritive
materials, anti-irritants, protective materials and
moisturizers in a homogenous and stable fashion,
according to the manufacturer.
Co-founded by KJ Miller and Amanda E.
Johnson, Mented Cosmetics was launched
specifically for women of color. The range
of products include nude lipsticks, nail
shades and “Gloss for Grown Ups.”
